The shower door wasn't watertight which resulted in a bit of a flood on the bathroom floor, oops.
The receptionist was absolutely right - we had a lovely meal at Osteria del Toro so thanks to her for the directions.

I enjoyed my stay and thought the room excellent, (401) except couldn't close one of the windows which was an issue as it was a very noisy city that night with its being St Patricks Day. Not the fault of the hotel, and perhaps I should have asked for earplugs!
but i think the noise issue would have been better if able to shut window. Also noted and reported to reception that shower grill had backed up hair muck residue and the wet floor became a flood plane.I cleared it myself (not pleasant) but did mention it as a point for checking off of rooms. The bathroom was beautifully clean, except for this small detail.
Reception staff were very helpf, friendly and courteous, so no fault there. I would stay there again, and as a light sleeper would request a room away from the main street. It is however, in my assessment a very good value hotel, and it is always hard to get a decent nights sleep in the middle of a noisy city...

We turned up at 9:00am and were able to check-in to our rooms early. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly giving us directions and a map to find our way around. The hotel itself was ideally located within walking distance to the shops, Cuba Street and Te Papa. Room was clean and we slept very well in the comfortable beds. Upon checking out we were able to leave our bags at the Hotel and then come and collect them when were ready to go to the airport. We had a lovely stay at the Trinity Hotel and would recommend it to others.

We had a great stay in our King Premium room. The facilities were superb and the staff friendly and helpful. Value for money with breakfast included was another great feature. The breakfast was huge and delicious. This suited us perfectly for our 1 night in Wellington and it is situated within easy walking distance to the heart of Wellington. I would highly recommend it to anyone as the perfect place to stay at a reasonable price. I'm glad we chose it.

The staff were really friendly and it was a good stay at the hotel.
We did't have to worry about a thing. It was great we were able to park our car in the garage the whole weekend and not have to worry about it at all.
The situation of the motel is so close to the city and places we wanted to visit it was great, everything is in walking distance.
We have also recommended this hotel to friends that are going down in the next couple of months.

The room was perfect for what we required with the exception of the door into the bathroom which would not shut and the handle was falling off.

Awesome location, room everything we needed for our stay and really good staff! Breakfast in the morning was pretty sweet too, bonus that can take it as room service in the room for no extra charge! :)

It is so centrally located and to be able to book a carpark is even better. The restaurant downstairs is very good too. We look forward to coming back.

It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. No bath but nice clean shower.
This is a great hotel for the price. Especially if you just need somewhere to lay your hat. Does what it says on the tin!

Initially booked for one night to ´pass through´ Wellington, but decided to stay and see a bit of NZs capital city. The hotel was handy for all the necessary bits like sightseeing, shopping and eating out - on that last note we didnt eat in the hotel, rather out at restaurants, but the hotel was modern and clean.
