I arrived at bed time and left early next morning so all I wanted was clean room and comfortable bed which was what I got - many thanks. And Samoan pick-up driver was very pleasant !

I found this Hotel provided a basic accommodation for the cost - no frills - basically a bed for the night which is what we wanted

I was simply overnighting in Auckland. I was traveling from the Cook Islands to return home to Fiji. All the facilities I needed were available at teh hotel or the adjacent hotel. The prompt and courteous service given to me in taking me back to the airport was gratly appreciated. Given that I come from a hot climate I would have very much appreciated the opportunity to turn the heating on in the room!

Value for money with car park availability and drop off, pick up service. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy, and beds comfortable. Complex is in need of update, but guess you wouldn't get such cheap accomadation if this happened.

pretty average room. heater was not working properly -so was given a small portable one.pick up and drop off from and to the Airport was very good.A bit more cleaniness and space for tea/cofee making facility could be improved from what it is.

Clean and comfortable. Just a couple of concerns. There was a power point pulled right off the wall in Room 85 - dangerous. Also I was not impressed by being woken at 4:15am by the phone ringing for no apparent reason. (This also happened a couple of nights before in Room 78 - that time the phone rang at about 10:00pm, once again for no apparent reason.)

We were thrilled with the fact that we could just ring up from the airport and be picked up (4 Adults, 3 children and all of our bags!!)We thought we could eat at the hotel, so that was a disappointment, however the venue next door where we dined was excellent and the walk home was good exercise. All we needed was a place to sleep overnight and the Travellers International was handy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was sufficient for our needs, and the price was spot on for what we received. If the property was to receive some general maintainence (loose boards on verandahs, broken poolside furniture, rotten or missing boards on steps, gardens and grounds tidied up then I would be compelled to up the rating. I was happy to stay there one night, but would be reluctant to stay there for any longer. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, so if there were improvements made then I would pay more, but as things are now, I would say we paid a fair price.
