 
Great place to lay our heads when arriving at 2am in the morning, at which time we got picked up in your bus and taken to hotel by a lovely gentleman. Thanks again for your courteous manner on our arrival in the early hours, also the nice man that took our cases to our room.

Standard not as good as usual, overpriced for the quality of room received and especially when only booked on the day and the hotel was not full, ordered room service dinner and it was a frozen meal heated up.

Excellent position to airport, enjoyed room service and facilities thankyou, however the room I was in facing the road was dated and not as pleasant as the other room we booked overlooking the pool.

A long way to carry cases at 1.15am, around passages, up lifts and then more passages. Very "pokey" hot room.
After our 4.00 am wake up we then had to do the reverse trip with all our luggage to the front desk. At least the taxi driver was waiting for us, friendly and willing to load our luggage for trip t the train station. We were told,by phone, before we left Australia, that you had a free shuttle bus to Station ( not so)
Would find it hard to stay here again or recommend to anyone. Sorry!!

I picked the hotel because of convenience in catching the 6.30 am flight from Christchurch. The transfer was very easy and the staff helpful in all matters. They arranged a microwave for our room, which was a good size. Whilst we didn't use the pool or the restaurant, both looked inviting. I would recommend this hotel as value for money.

We always have a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful even when we have to check out at 4.00am. We have stayed on three occasions now and don't have any complaints.

Wait at airport for courtesy shuttle was far too long esp as we arrived around midnight. I did email and say arrival depended on plane arrival, so perhaps keeping in touch with flight arrivals so there is a shuttle ready to pick up would be best. That was poor.
Reception was efficient but not particularly warm and welcoming, but room was exceptionally roomy and very neat tidy and clean, with all facilities we needed at that time of the night except for non sugar sweetener.
Day reception staff were fine and breakfast staff exceptionally good.
I liked Sudima and MAY use it again, as it is close to hotel, BUT will not bother and take a taxi to town if the pick up is not improved. Distance was small but delay great, so a town venue may have been quicker for us to get to bed.
No time extension to vacate is very hard on o'seas travellers tired after a flight and time changes. Be flexible with check out! Or else check in to a town venue makes far more sense, as we can stay more than one day and not be harassed by check out deadlines on the first day.
Sorry, Sudima's advantage of being an airport hotel is being WASTED BY PICK UP /CHECK OUT POROBLEMS.

Found most things excellent . Only comment would be the reception desk maybe did not rely messages to staff. Did not get wake up call at 4.45am on departure morning and also asked for extra milk for coffee which we never recieved. But overall great.

Hotel was close to Christchurch Airport. Check in and Checkout was efficient. Facilities were good.

good bed and room
it was cold when we arrived and ther were no heaters going or that would work. we had to ask staff for a heater.
And it was cold in the Restaurant too. The staff werent very friendly-one felt that with the staff it was 'just a job' the shuttle driver was the best, nice chap

The room was fine ,the staff were courteous and helpful although there was some confusion over the registration when we came to pay. The transfer service was prompt and comfortable. Our only complaint related to noise caused by someone (I believe in a uper room) using the television all night and since we had to get up at 4.0am we did not sleep well.

Pick up from airport was prompt 3 minutes away.
Check in quick late at night. Room ok with super king bed. Good TV with Sky sport and movies Clean,warm and homely. Shower over bath. Quick check out and taken to airport immediatly. Friendly Kiwi service
