Station Lodge, a 1906 historical villa is located in the beautiful alpine town of Ohakune adjacent to the world renowned Tongariro National Park. A place for all seasons; the lodge is warm and inviting and its close proximity to spectacular walks including the Tongariro Alpine Crossing (Best Day Walk in New Zealand) ski fields, (Turoa 20 minutes and Whakapapa 40 minutes) and the mighty Whanganui River.

Station Lodge is located 3km north of the main Ohakune Township, heading towards Turoa Ski Field on Goldfinch St / Mangawhero Tce. Turn Left at the Powderhorn Chateau onto Thamas Street.

• Cancellations of confirmed bookings will incur an administration fee of $5 per booking.
• Cancellations within 3 days of arrival date or failure to arrive will incur a cancellation penalty of one night’s accommodation.

• Cancellations of confirmed bookings will incur an administration fee of $10 per booking.

Station Lodge offers three self-contained private stand alone Luxury Chalets. These spacious chalets with their double glazed windows offer views of Mt Ruapehu, while our prime central location places you within 1 minutes walk from The Junction cafes, Bars and Restaurants.
The chalets exterior walls are formed from EPS block filled with concrete, making them very warm and cosy on the inside and keeping unwanted noise out or in!
Each self serviced chalet consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 5-6 people comfortably. The chalet offers open plan living area, large kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio, internal storage lockers, drying cupboard and general appliances.
