St. Martins Waldorf Apartments Hotel provides luxurious 4 star residential /hotel & serviced apartments accommodation options in a magnificent new high-rise complex located near Auckland University, Auckland Hospital & Newmarket areas.

This high quality security complex provides 155 serviced spacious one bedroom and two bedroom furnished apartments. These are suitable for short and extended stays.

Please kindly advise you check-in time.

On-site undercover and open parking at NZD$15 per day or NZD$60 per week subject to availability and is not guaranteed. All parking must be booked prior to your arrival by calling the hotel directly . On arrival, first check in at reception where a parking permit will be issued and a key access card issued for access into the car park. Please note that a height restriction of 2.1M exists and no Vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park. Permits must be displayed at all times to prevent tow-away.

Positives: Everything is so new and nice, and all modern amenities well thought out. This is even better than a hotel as it was meant for longer stays and was thus very spacious compared with a hotel single room. We wished we had stayed here for the first week in Auckland instead. The view is great from the windows and balconey, with the harbour and Sky Tower in sight. The night duty receptionist was professional and friendly despite having to deal with customers and showing the ropes to a new colleague. Negatives: We had to wait quite a while at reception as there is only 1 computer but 3 or 4 people in line with requests. Not enough parking lots and so we have to park a distance away. The cemetery across the street.
