St Martins Waldorf is situated in a secluded location, with easy access from the motorway, yet just a few minutes walk from Queen Street and an easy five minute walk over Grafton Bridge to the hospital. The central Auckland location makes the St Martins Waldorf Apartments the ideal choice for business travellers, corporate guests and holiday makers.
There is a no party policy and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval.
The apartments are modern, new, high security, quality, self contained apartment accommodation and living facilities in central Auckland City. Whether you plan to stay for a day, a week, a few weeks or a year, these spacious furnished, serviced Auckland apartments accommodation will make you feel like you never left home.
On-site undercover and open parking at NZD$18 per day or NZD$70 per week subject to availability and is not guaranteed. All parking must be booked prior to your arrival by calling the hotel directly on (09) 929 2000. We were impressed with the room, the staff were friendly and helpfull. It was dissapointing not to have airconditioning. The walk along K.RD at night is not advised, catch a cab. There was only one lift working. Would choose to stay at Waldorf Stadium at the bottom of town, as we have done a few times, but had a good night.

We were delighted with our apartment. It was spacious and had a great view. The central location was ideal. We took the opportunity to view a two bedroom apartment with a view to returning with our children.
Comments for improvement would be to have the tv swivel as it wasn't viewable from the dinning area in 18E. My husband commented the rooms were a bit sterile in decoration. He stays in more hotels than I do!

Positives: Everything is so new and nice, and all modern amenities well thought out. This is even better than a hotel as it was meant for longer stays and was thus very spacious compared with a hotel single room. We wished we had stayed here for the first week in Auckland instead.
The view is great from the windows and balconey, with the harbour and Sky Tower in sight.
The night duty receptionist was professional and friendly despite having to deal with customers and showing the ropes to a new colleague.
Negatives: We had to wait quite a while at reception as there is only 1 computer but 3 or 4 people in line with requests.
Not enough parking lots and so we have to park a distance away.
