 
Have stayed at Sky City and Sky City Grand a number of times now, sometimes under my partners name. And this was the best stay ever. Matthew the french duty manager at the Grand was exceptional, along with other staff at the concierge, reception and in Dine. Thank you so much. It was slightly blighted by our bill not being correct, and it is annoying having to chase this up, being charged for valet and breakfast when we should not have. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened.
I again spoke with Matthew regarding this a couple of days later and he was the ultimate professional, putting me at ease and giving me confidence it would be rectified. He was able to do this without being pretentious and spoke to me on a personable level that I appreciated, I don't want to be spoken to like royalty.
But in summary, thanks for a great stay.

Very nice, the Staff were great thought they may brush us off a bit because we paid so little... but they did not, they were fantastic, the room was very nice although we booked a twin there was only one bed, my friend had to sleep on the couch.
Will go there again, it was fantastic, maybe a couple of nights next time rather than just one...

No record of booking even though i had email from there reservations showing it all cleary. There answer was to have me run up and down to the computer trying to find a confirmation number. After half an hour they found it with no apology. When it came to check out it took 40 mins to get the car bought up. Hotel was fine but hopeless at the front desk very unorganised

Great value for money for the room rate through Short rates.
Service was pretty good, except our check in time was 3pm but our room wasnt ready until 4pm....
apart from that, no complaints

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly, I did have a problem with the Broadband not working despite assistance, and I was overcharged for this. Checking out was very confusing and we got billed for another couples room which we had to sort out later. But all in all, I would go back again - actually plan on going there again later this month.

We had a lovely stay at SKY CITY Grand Hotel. The room was nice and clean and beautifully presented. the only thing was our room wasnt ready for us when we arrived and we had to wait 1and 1/2 hours for it but we did get free drinks at the bar while we waited which was great!!!! Lovely place to stay would highly recommend

Great location within a 10 min walk from the City Centre, within a complex of it's own, featuring restaurants, casino, theatre, information centre, shops and tourist attractions. There is also an Airbus transfer station on the opposite side of the SKYCITY complex. Room very spacious and modern decor, exceptionally clean. The gym, swimming pool sauna and spa pool were all great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this Hotel.

One of the newer hotels in Auckland City. So the interior and rooms were were clean and tidy. This hotel is connected to the Casino across the road by a causeway. So we didnit get the constant commotion when we went outsite the hotel. All in all it was a great stay and we will be coming back again.

All staff while staying at the SKYCITY Grand Hotel Auckland, were so very friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. it made our stay more pleasant. I would like to say thank you to everyone we had such a lovely time, all the hotel is such a beautiful place. I would not hesitate next time i am in Auckland to stay there.
