Staff were great, room was adequate, free continental breakfast was pathetic. Bread was stale, one pack of butter was off.

We were expecting Australian Comfort Inn standards. Our mistake. Reception area extemely dated and in desperate need of renovation. Continental breakfast consisted of dried out bread, one pat of butter,jam and marmite plus a glass of apple juice.
On the plus side, we were picked up at the airport at midnight and the room though very dated was clean and the bed comfortable.

Rooms are good size, bathroom need updating, service was good, reasonably clean,breakfast was a contential style breakfast already in my room which was convenient as i had to leave about 4 am in the morning.
Shuttle bus service was good and got me to the airport on time. For the price was good

Motel was excellent in arranging transfers for us. The breakfast was greatly appreciated, maybe the bre4ad coulld have been wrapped in plastic (or plastic box)instead of a paper bag- would keep it fresher.

Room okay and con. breakfast nice. We were picked up by the free shuttle after midnight. Transport was quite satisfactory, but the driver didn't speak to us!!!"No welcome, or how was your flight?". He didn't show us to our rooms, just pointed in the general direction... There were no outside lights on the building and we had trouble reading the room numbers. The man in the office the next morning was very polite. I think the driver of the shuttle bus should have a lesson in "customer service"!!!!
