The bathroom wasn't in a good condition. The paint was flaking off the wood and the shelf obviously hadn't been cleaned or wiped for ages as it was full of very small cobwebs and numerous small flies.
The owner was hospitable and was waiting for us when we arrived at 10pm that night.
