Front of house staff very helpful & friendly. Received a sunny Room was on the sixth floor, clean but thought it abit dated. There was a few minor things noted during our stay, the corridor had
a very strange smell(almost offensive)the towels appeared like they had been dropped on the ground & appeared somewhat grubby. The electric jug had a big dent on one side(not that it affected its operation)& windows on Willis St side didnt close properly an a breeze drifted in even through the curtains. It said that they rooms were serviced daily but this obliously doesnt happen in the weekends as our rubbish tin was not emptied or bathroom serviced. This did not worry us too much as we always tidy each day no matter where we stay.An overview.very well situated close to all attractions, shopping, eating houses etc

Poor hotel, not particularly clean and was dissapointed with the general appearance given the price paid.

Great service-checking in/out,car parking, service. Was a strong cooking smell in the hall and inside the room close to the door of the room.was that strong.Of the two windows in the room only one was able to be opened.other than that i cannot fault the place.would stay again, but not on that floor.

Smelled badly of curry, paint pealing off walls, frayed carpets.
I would never stay here again, and am recommending to all my friends and work collegues that they don't either.
Regards,
Simon

Excellent location

Room was a decent size with some good amenities such as kitchenette, sky tv, chest of drawers and a work desk. The location of the hotel is pretty central, within walking distance to the CBD (10-15 mins) and to Cuba St (an excellent shopping district - just 5 mins). This was very handy as we cooked dinners most nights and saved a good deal of money. I would recommend this for a convenient place to stay that is satisfactorily clean and equipped, reasonably priced.
