We have stayed with you a few times now and have greatly enjoyed each one. Our first couple of visits were in a room on the corner closed to the sea than our last room (RM1401) and I think it had more carpet than timber flooring so wonder if we can ask for the other location next time. We had a slight error with our account where the deposit was not taken off the amount but this was a minor glitch in what was otherwise a good experience. We will be back.

Fantastic room with plenty of space.
Great staff, efficient and friendly. Very obliging whether getting a cab, slippers in the room - nothing was an effort.
Mini bar could have had a Sav Blanc (my boss prefers Sav to Chardonnay) and a larger selection of spirits.
Will stay again when I have to be in N.Z. for business of pleasure.
