Stayed at Barrycourt. I thought the reception service was exceptional throughout. Better than typical NZ 4 and 5 star hotels. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Couldnt ask for more.

An enjoyable short stay. Reception staff very courteous, helpful and friendly. room clean, tidy, pleasant decor and contained all that we needed.
Recommend a visit to the French Market Sunday morning for a very warm welcome, great coffee and delicious food.

We come to Auckland quite often to visit children and just want somewhere central, pleasant and reasonably priced to stay. The Barrycourt is all that and more as the meal in the restaurant was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Regards, Sue.
