 
More milk in rooms would be great. Two little pottle for 24 hours is not enough. This equals 2 hot drinks only.

we enjoyed our stay . however the curtain had to be changed on the first day so we could get some sleep and we had a cleaner vacuming at 7am outside our room, remote for TV didnt work..other wise good

fabulous rooms - great for overnighting in town.
BUT - the lighting in the bathrooms is appalling...our light hardly lit up the room, let alone trying to put makeup on by - for goodness sake get some light bulbs with some wattage

Just two - somelight bar-food would be very welcome, for those guests who dont want a large meal and secondly, the towel rails are situated directly above the toilet roll holder, resulting in very damp toilet paper and that's when you can locate it!

Cheap at the price and good location. Gripes: "Apartment" consists of internal bedroom with no windows and a tiny living area, dreadful MTV playing in the elevators and lobby, apparently they don't service the rooms every day. Won't be going back

The motel its self was great value for money the service was very good. However we had to pay the rate of 240 instead of 216 as our paperwork stated as they were not familiar with your service. They realised that the 28 dollars was your fee, and were would have not refunded the $28.00 if I didnt query it. On checking out they re funded 24.00 instead of the whole 28 of which I accepted. Overall I think your service is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quadrant. The one-bedroom room was really nice. My only negative feedback would be that there was no parking left in the Quadrant hotel when we arrived, despite the website advertising valent parking. We spent 30 minutes driving around Auckland trying to find a carpark. Because it was New Year's Eve, most paid parks were not opening New Year's Day, which meant parking choices were limited. We finally managed to find a unsecure street park.

1. There was no reservation when I came in.
2. The service was incredibly slow.
3. The bed was horrible, on a tilt, and felt like sleeping on a foam mound.
4. The sheets were very scratchy and actually loud when you rolled over. Very little sleep that night.
5. Poorly laid out room, especially bedroom. You could not read as the lights were too dark and the ceiling light did not help that much either.

The room was really nice! But when i booked online i paid a deposit and it was supose to come off my total but it didnt so i dont no why i had to pay the extra monney? Also i think i should have been informed when i booked that there was a $150.00 deposit and i also should have been told that i had to pay an extra $25.00 valet parking fee! I thought that was included in the money i paid for the room! Also we had alot of problems with our cards they wouldent read in the elevator! But i do think the room was real nice

The booking online was good and a very good price but the hotel was very disorganised, charged the wrong rates and appear to have little idea of what was going on.

Every thing was OK, but could not find any room service before 11pm we wanted a quit bite but seemed to us not available, and 2ndly the tarif for car valet (or garaging far too expensive).Apart from that good central situation and cumfortable bed

The Quadrant was an excellent choice for my needs. Your scale doesn't indicate what the numbers pertain to so I have only used it because I cannot submit without doing so .
The location was perfect for my inner city conference.
The room was comfortable for one person.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
The noise from trucks below was pretty awful early one morning.
The meal I had brought to my room was quite enjoyable and reasonably priced.
The breakfast I ate in the restaurant on-site was very tasty and reasonably priced for Auckland.
I found the staff all very helpful.
I was very pleased to source this hotel at the discounted rate and would use it again.

Gorgeous rooms and fantastic decor, but was a little disappointed with being put in a studio (hotel style) room instead of a one bedroom apartment (the booking was made for a one bedroom apartment for a reason) and was given no explaination or reason why by reception staff. Was still charged for a one bedroom apartment also, but due to an early meeting and a large amount of people checking out did not have time to raise this with the staff.
Unfortunately the room was on the lower level of the building and was really noisy from about 4am till 5:30am when the rubbish trucks started emptying bins in the building next door. Regardless of this, I would still give it a go again as Quadrant is handy to our office in Shortland St.

The Quadrant is a fantastic place - good value as a base for a night in the city, and very comfortable. The hotel is new and very, very stylish, modern and cool. Our room was extraordinarily clean (though small)and well equipped with a full kitchen. This would all be expected from such a new hotel. The Quadrant hotel is about a five-ten minute walk to the center of town and the harbor. Young staff though, still learning I would hope.

When I arrived I was given a very warm welcome by the friendly young staff. I had the most fantastic view of one of Auckland's harbours from my room. The room itself was very stylish and tastefully decorated. Although I did not use the oven hob, the toaster, microwave and kettle came in very handy. The cleanliness of the room was upheld by the daily visits of the maid. And the staff always made the effort to provide a warm atmosphere in the area outside the bar by lighting candles. A nice touch. The only slight negative point I have is the location of the hotel which means a very steep walk from the main shopping area of Queen Street. But the exercise did me good and obviously resulted in a hotel with views. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel
