very friendly staff, great service, its only a pitty the pool wasnt clean could have had a swim after Big Day Out, and its a shame we didnt get a better room. :) I only say two stars, because for the same price we got another hotel for sat night with live in kitchen, bigger room, better beds and breafast the next day inc. but the service we got at the richmond was helpful at reception and at the bar was welcoming. so thanks
