    
The room was very clean and neat, the Air conditioner did not work but as it was early morning when I arrived I just went to bed. There was a bit of noise from the people leaving and arriving as the room was quite close to the main entrance. When I checked out later that day and told the Receptionist about the Air conditioner before she finalised my check out she rung the maintenance person to have it check out which I thought was very efficient. I have since stayed one more night at Jet Park Hotel and again have been very satisfied.

One of your staff members needs a pay rise as she went past the call of duty as we had two very tired children with us , most understanding and helpful at dinner. I would recommend Jet Park Hotel.

I usually don't bother with reivews: but this hotel deserves one. It was very clean, comfortable, friendly, efficient and incredibly good value. Not a scenic location, but close to the airport and easy to access.

I expected more from a Premier King Room, to me this was a basic room, breakfast was not included in the price, therefore it was an expensive overnight stay. It was also very noisy. I would not stay in this hotel again, I think I could get better value for money somewhere else.

Appearance and cleanliness were good. Shower kept going hot/cold and pressure was almost non-existent - may need a checkup. Checkin process, shuttle, wakeup calls etc excellent.

We probably wouldn't stay again as we found our studio room too noisy. The fridge was noisy,as was the ventilation system in the ceiling which hummed all night.
The room was lovely and clean though and the decor was nice!
Yes,we did only stay one night as we were flying out to Australia the next morning, and the courtesy parking and airport transfer services were great, apart from the fact that being picked up from the airport on the way back was a bit of a waiting game, and we had to ring a few times.
I think the Hotel should be looking at making sure rooms are quiet, as people need their sleep when they are using the hotel as a transfer place of stay!

Clients booking on-line need clear instructions on where to find the courtesy shuttle. On arrival we were given a number to call by the airport information booth. We called it and were instructed to wait for the shuttle at Door Four.We waited for an hour then took a taxi at a cost of $30. Desk staff at the hotel were sorry for the inconvenience but said they could not be responsible for wrong pick-up information - or any part of the $30 extra cost. As world travellers we expect screw-ups from time to time - but this one could have been avoided by simply informing us on the booking confirmation note at which door the complimentary shuttle could be contacted.Regards, Jim Hume

Friendly staff. Airport shuttle definately a huge plus. We only flew in and out for Kylie concert so only slept in room and was out for 6am so did not really get to take advantage of hotel facilities.

I had made a fault with the booking as we had a late flight into Auckland and booked it for the wrong day.
The person on reception was very accomodating and we were able to be booked into another room for the night.
Very comfortable bed, great shower and clean rooms.

We thought your 'system'of overnight stays, and able to leave our car whilst holidaying, wonderful.
No hassles, no worries,no stress and being taken direct to airport AND picked up was so easy. We have recommended it to everyone we know. Mind you, it was originally recommended to us by your loyal clients !
There was a hiccup at the airport last Monday, 22nd September. You may get a complaint from a couple that said they had been waiting over an hour for you to pick them up, when I asked them what time had they rung you, they replied they hadnt rung, that you had told them 'they pick-up every half hour' !!! I told this couple that you only came when called, after all, you wouldnt have clients on all the planes every half hour. ! This guy was rather scathing of "Jet Park" but I assured him that we had only just rung and within 6 minutes you had arrived, so guess he got the message that a call was necessary.
Yes, more than happy with your service. Will come again.

The staff were great, and the room was clean and tidy, however with the noise level due to it being an airport hotel, I found that I kept waking up with the noise of people arriving or leaving in the small hours. Might just be a light sleeper though.

The rooms were lovely and clean, how ever on the 31st July we stayed in a room that had the on switch to the room next doors Heat Pump. The lovely lady came and turned this on for them which was fare enough. But about 1/2 an hour later it started making a terrible noise. We went down to dinner and let the front dest know of the problem. When we returned it was still shuddering and noisey, it was then about 9.30pm so we turned the switch off. We were back to a nice quiet room once again. So I would diffinately get this looked at. But over all we will use the Hotel again.

Very nice complex, with very pleasant room. We did find it very noisy when the neighbouring room decided to have a shower. Would not be too good for anyone trying to sleep. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was good. We will stay with you again.

Nice room, great food.
On arrival the man on reception was unsure about how to process my reservation. He wasn't sure on wether I was paying or if it had been paid when I booked on the internet.
Reception staff on departure was shocking. Rude , dismissive and made derogatory comments about the man who assisted me the night before.
Parking was also an issue.
Reception staff didn't seem to be bothered about the lack of parking, componded by the fact that it was pouring.
All in all nice a hotel, staff definitely let them down.

Excellent place to stay when arriving and departing from Auckland airport. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Feel safe and secure with very pleasant surroundings and nice bedrooms. Great shuttle service and free car parking for 14 days. Restaurant isn't quite right for the venue - would be nice to have some casual bistro-style dining for travellers. But maybe that's just me. All good apart from that.

Excellent service. The gentlemen who met us at the door and helped us with your bags are excellent. Please pass this on to them. Our first night on the 2nd July we had trouble sleeping as there was a lot of water noise. We think it could have been the water cylinder either from our own room or next door. The second night on the 9th July it was great. I would have liked to have had an extra blanket in the room. Thank you for your service. The shuttle was also excellent. Just a comment when we arrived back from Australia the very helpful gentlement who look after the traffic etc at the airport showed us where to find your phone number to contact you for a pick up otherwise we would of had to search through all our papers etc.

Will definitly use this service again if the situation warrants it.
As I live in Pukekohe and work in Penrose found staying at the hotel absolutely wonderful!! Perhaps you should advertise your services in our local paper the Franklin County News...

Clean hotel that offers all you need for a short stay. Not a lot in the surrounding area. Hotel restaurant was better than we expected offering good food at reasonable prices. Good service with free transfers from and to Auckland airport. Would recommend this hotel if you have a short layover in Auckland.

Excellent service,friendly staff and handy location. Great value for money and the room was fantastic. I will certainly stay again instead of getting up so early for the morning flights. The car was left there for the week we were away and they were quick to pick us up when we returned.

I ended up booked on the wrong day, and it cost me a room upgrade! Arrived at Auckland airport at 11.30pm Sunday,but did not get to the hotel until about 1am Monday. Was booked in for Monday unspite of giving Flight number, day and time of arrival. Never happened before for same flight, day and time. Otherwise the hotel is very good.

A relatively modern hotel with very nice facilities. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. Being a airport hotel I was not expecting a lot. Was greatly surprised. The staff was very attentive and willing to assist. The restuarant atmosphere and food were great. If needing a place to stay would recommend without hestiation. Being a airport hotel I was not expecting a lot. Was greatly surprised. I was quite surprised to find no airconditioned accomodation, and I expected that for hotel rating. A shuttle service to the Auckland international airport is the norm for all hotels and this service was puntual and professional. situated 5 minutes from Auckland International Airport.

We had a 12 hour daytime layover at Auckland Airport. Booked a dayroom at the Jet Park, and it was great. Free shuttle was quick and easy, check in was no problems. We had breakfast and it was great food, and very friendly, cheerful staff. Then had a good days sleep, shower etc before back to catch our flight.
The concierge was very helpful with questions about how to get to downtown Auckland since we didn't have a renter car. Everyone on staff was friendly and the shuttle service was always right on time.
