Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland is a business class hotel located steps from the viaduct basin in Auckland's CBD, close to all amenities, shops and local/national transport. The hotel's facilities include 24 hour reception, fully licensed restaurant, valet parking (extra charge), gym, 18 metre lap pool, leisure pool, sauna, spa, and meeting room.
Overlooking Auckland’s famous Viaduct Harbour, the Hotel Grand Chancellor is easily recognised by its sharp architectural angles and 14 stories prominence. Within walking distance of the entire Auckland CBD, downtown shopping, Britomart Transport Terminal, ferry building, the casino and the CBD businesses, everything is at your doorstep! The hotel is positioned on the corner of Fanshawe and Hobson Streets which are main thoroughfares in and out of the city. The Auckland International and Domestic terminals are 20kms south of the city and by car would take about 30-40 minutes in normal traffic. Should you require car parking this can be arranged for NZ$30 per night.

We are located in the heart of Auckland City and within easy walking distance to the Viaduct Harbour, Sky City & Casino, Queen Street, all shops, restaurants, clubs, bars, theatres (Aotea Centre, The Edge, Civic, St James), Auckland University, Britomart, and only a short bus ride to Kelly Tarltons Underwater World, Auckland Zoo, Auckland Museum & Domain, Parnell village and rose gardens, Mt. Eden Gardens, Newmarket and Ponsonby.
Directions
A Shuttle service from the Airport to the Hotel is $30 this can be organised upon arrival into Auckland. If coming by vehicle from the southern motorway take the Nelson Street off-ramp.

Cancellations received less than 24 hrs prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 1 nights accommodation. Children are welcome (see individual room types). Children using existing room bedding stay free (applies to ages 12 and under only).
