Welcome to the Gables Motor Lodge. Our 12 apartment style self contained, ground floor units are spacious and well appointed. Enjoy your own private hot pool, while soaking up the magnificent views of lake and mountains. Our 3 large family units are unique for special family occasions, sports and school groups, sleeping up to 10.
The Gables Motor Lodge has a superb location right opposite the main swimming beach on the shores of Lake Taupo, only 15mins walk to the shopping and business centre, where you will find, great cafes, fantastic restaurants, sports facilities and extreme sports locations that will blow your mind.
Lake Taupo, the southern hemisphere's biggest inland lake is a beautiful gem in New Zealand's crown with great fishing, hunting, skiiing and other sports all year round. A great destination summer, winter and all the months in between.

Directions
If travelling from the South on State Highway 1 towards Taupo, Gables Motor Lodge is on the right, opposite the main swimming beach. 1.2km from town centre.
Cancellation and Extra Guest policy
Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check in time may forfeit the full amount of the first night cancelled.
In the event of Group Bookings (2 or more units) a minimum of 14 days cancellation notice must be given and the person making the booking is responsible for all rooms booked until paid for.
