    
In one of my stays, the bath was not washed. It was rough around the edges which could not be seen with the eye, but felt with the hand and there was hair on two places of the bath. I washed it with the soap. I did fill in a complaint, but had no feedback or apology.

Rooms were very tidy and staff were very polite and professional. Only issue was the free breakfast as I thought it was not up to the standard.

Very comfortable stay and very good value for money. It was great being able to leave my vehicle on site and get the shuttle back to the inn on my return from sydney also.
I will stay at Ventura Inn again.

Easy booking.
speedy pick up from airport after I rang.Free pick up & drop off is appreciated.
Lovely, friendly staff at check-in.
Good room, bathroom etc.
Very quiet - no traffic noise or plane noise.
Very adequate buffet continental breakfast.
11 a.m checkout is a great bonus.

We found the reception, and the room were great but we were a bit disapointed with the continental
breakfast.
The milk was warm, the tea was stewed and the peaches weren,t very nice.

I chose this hotel because they advertise as being the closest to the airport. What I wanted was to get to the hotel as fast as possible and get some sleep before my next flight early the next morning. The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up after phoning which was very poor. Competitor hotels all arrived well before that and one of them even came twice while I was waiting. The shuttle service needs to be improved as what most people are looking for in this situation is a quick trip to the hotel and not standing around for long periods in the cold and rain waiting for a shuttle.

Great inclusion of the free continental breakfast, and even better that you could eat before we left at 5am in the morning.

We have found the service in your Hotel/Motel to be of a very high standard. Everything is clean and the staff lovely to deal with BUT this last stay the "Wake up call' did not happen and the staff were calling to say the shuttle was waiting and that call also did not come through either.Consequently we missed breakfast and we found the staff seemed unable to deal with our situation. I had to ask them to make sure the problem was looked into so the next customer did not have the same experience.One staff member took a folder and it looked as though he might write something!! We will stay with you again as we travel to Australia regularly and we always tell our friends to use your facilities. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. Marion

We always choose to stay at Ventura before and after international flights as we live 4 hours from Auckland. Ventura is handy to the Airport, very speedy with shuttles, breakfasts are great, they look after our vehicle while we are gone and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Well done Ventura.

I arrived at 11pm, had to drive around the carpark for 20 minutes and then park on the road as there was no parking available, a concern because I was going to be away for 9 days. The staff on reception recommended I use the 'garden' to park in as I had a 4WD. During the course of the night other guests were woken for their flights by a staff member knocking loudly on their door. This resulted in others in the vicinity also being woken, approximately every half an hour or so.

We Found that the Accommodation and convence of our car and stay was perfect.
The only thing that was not good was having to wait for the pick up taxi which I rang for strait away and had to wait for almost an hour in the cold. after being on the warm plant etc was not good. In the end I had to go back in to look for a toilet lucky for me my mate looked after baggage etc while I went. Thats when the Pick up service arrived. Ho Hum! Also If I hadn't had the number to ring you, I would have been in a fix as there is no display there with your
Number on it. It would be a great help if it was by the phone so convenient.

Nice hotel. Stress free way to start an early morning flight. Good shuttle both ways. A few inconsiderate people in next room persisted in talking all night but apart from that every thing ok

We were really impressed by this hotel. Arriving at Auckland airport, all we needed to do was ring the hotel from the tourist office and wait for the hotel's shuttle bus. Their Auckland airport shuttle service runs back and forth every half hour, so no problems there.
The hotel itself is very modern (opened last year, I believe) and pleasantly laid out with a big lobby. Being exhausted after 12 hours flying, all we needed was a basic room, but we were delighted to find our room was big, clean, nicely decorated and two double beds.
The reception staff are lovely - very friendly and helpful - as are the shuttle drivers. We asked whether we could leave our suitcases with them while we flew off to Samoa for a few days and they were more than happy to look after them at no cost.
Breakfast was also surprisingly good (muffins, yoghurts, toast, cereals etc), though we didn't have enough time to enjoy it, as we had to get to the airport.
