 
The hotel was a reasonable price, considering airport shuttle and car-parking was included.
The room was clean and fresh.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The car-parking was described as 'secure', but it didn't look very secure.
The hotel itself, inside and outside is very shabby, definitely need attention.

A nice, comfortable room, a huuuge TV to watch the All blacks play in my room, a FREE airport shuttle, and FREE carpark while i was in Fiji for a week! Great service too! Unbeatable value. Thanks Airport Pacific!

This hotel is close to the airport and they collect and deliver there 24 hours which after a long flight is very good. The rooms are good value for money and very comfortable.

I just needed somewhere to stay during an 8 hour transfer. The driver was quick to pick me up from the airport (<10mins). The hotel didn't look like much from the outside and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. However my room was very clean and having pay tv was an unexpected bonus. The bathroom was also clean.
I would happily stay there again as they represent good value for money

I was really impressed with the standard of the room - it was clean, very well appointed and very comfortouble.
I frequently travel and overnight in Auckland probably once every twio months - I have the motels number and based upon my good experience here will use them as my motel of choice for stopovers.

Extremely clean room; excellent pick-up and delivery to/from airport. Very quiet considering proximity to main roads. Plug-in electric heater noisy but quickly warmed the room for the night. In-house restaurant was closed but lovely place next door; Indian, beautiful steaks, hamburgers, roasts, specials,etc.

We paid for Park and Stay,and when we arrived at the hotel,we wear asked to pay Extra for leaving are car there,what does Park and Stay mean,also we could not get are Brakfast because we wear leaving early in the Morning,but your web site does not mention Time restritions on having Breakfast,apart from this are stay was very pleasent,just afew things that would make,making a Reservation less stressfull. The room was neat, tidy and very lovely presented. I really liked the cute wallpaper and bedding - so much nicer than daggy old floral bedcovers! Fresh, bright, white and NEW bathroom - the shower was so good to stand under, and easy to get good temperature. Windows could open. There was more than enough bedding options, pillows etc. A fan for warmer nights also in room. Was surprisingly quiet as well.
Customer service at front desk was okay - nothing special, but nothing too bad. Waited for a little while for my 4am shuttle to airport; but I'd booked earlier than wanted so no stress.
Computer + internet in front lobby was fast.
The "restaurant" at the Pacific Inn wasn't opened, and didn't look very appealing anyway. I found a couple of restaurants and little shop (and chemist + bakery which were closed when I was there) about 5 mins walk around the corner past the Grand Chancellor Hotel (which also had a decent looking restaurant and bar; but no vegetarian options).
Good value for money, for a stop-off one night airport transfer.

This is one of those Hotels that is completely honest.
It's cheap, clean, very near the Airport with a free shuttle and an included breakfast that would put "posher" hotels to shame. Great value for a one night stay with free wireless internet as well.

Close to airport. Plenty of restaurant options almost next door. Room clean and convenient. Found iron in guests laundry room easily. Oredered wakeup call late at night for 5am next morning, via phone in foyer an dcall came like clockwork in morning.

gr8 value and location very close to airport.. only in Auck for 6hrs between flights back from Tonga then on to Wgtn so not enough time to stay with friends in auckland..courteous owners, very clean rooms, and helpful with wakeup calls, trip back to airport leaving 5am etc..

Tho the outside of the motel looks a little dated the room (#30) was spotless, well appointed with everything needed. Well in excess of what we expected for what we paid.

Good. There was no obvious information about the free parking on your site when I booked in. It also needs to state that this free parking is for the first two weeks only and how much the per diem rate is after that. ( I think that this is a good rate and a fair deal overall).

This provided exactly what I was looking for. The pick up and delivery to the airport was prompt and well organised. The room was clean, basically equipped, (but all that i required)and all furniture was in good condition and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. Bed was comfortable. I would certainly recommend it and would use Airport Pacific Inn again.
