The cancellation details and a contact phone number is printed on your booking confirmation email. Should you need to cancel or alter your booking, you are to use these contact details to cancel the booking directly with the accommodation provider.

How do I know that my booking is guaranteed?

All accommodation providers maintains and updates its own room inventory information on our site. Once your booking has been processed, a confirmation email is sent to both you and the accommodation provider as confirmation. On you booking confirmation email is a unique booking number and all you booking details. This can be used as a reciept as proof of booking. Please remember to print and take the email with you as refernce for your accomodation booked.
